We welcome all products especially exercise/sports related, nutritional and handicrafts items. Strictly no financial or credit cards.
One 3ft by 3ft table and 2 chairs will be provided for each stall.
Bazaar will be held along a corridor, non-aircon, outside the cafeteria.
Please note that all products cannot be sold at your regular price (be it on your website or other bazaars) at this bazaar. You will need to sell them at a discounted price off your regular price. Any amount of discount will do. Do state on your products or the table provided the discount that you are giving.
Stalls are allocated.

To book our stalls or simply to enquire, please email to bazaarsinc@ymail.com and provide your info (especially CONTACT NO, EVENT NAME, DATES and PRODUCTS) in the order below.
*Your contact number is important as we have experienced bounced emails recently. This is probably the vendor's inbox was full or that our email was treated as spam. When this happens and without a contact number, there is no way the vendor can receive our replies or payment advice. This is to the vendors disadvantage.

Please send some photos of your products to expedite booking of stalls.
Bookings of stalls are confirmed only after payment has been done, verified and approved.
Kindly refrain from sending multiple emails asking different questions on each email. You will find that I answer only your 1st email and you probably have to wait a few days for my replies on your other questions if I happen to receive many emails from other vendors before reading your 2nd or 3rd emails to me. So please compile all queries in 1 email instead.
Please reply from the email I sent you so that I can trace back our conversations. Do not start a new email each time you receive a reply from me as it will only delay booking of stalls.
We may take up to 4 days to reply you. Please be patient with us.

Refund Policy: |
Stall rental will be refunded should there be a cancellation of the event. However, please note that there won't be any refunds should the vendor pulls out of the event no matter for what reasons. |
