Post National Day Bazaar @ ITE College East - 13 to 15 Aug

Date: 13 to 15 Aug (Tuesday to Thursday)
Venue: ITE College East, Main Atrium @ Administration Building (in front of Customer Visitor Centre, Self Service Machines & ATMs)
Time: 9am – 5pm (8.00am is the set up time, teardown at 5pm on 15 Aug)
Rental: $120 nett for 3 days (13 to 15 Aug) / $45 for 1 day

WHAT YOU GET?
- A 1.6m x 1.6m space inclusive of 1 no. 3ft x 3ft table (no table skirting) and 1 chair.
- Each stall is allowed to bring own 1 clothes rack (no rack will be provided by event orgr). The height of the rack should not exceed 1.6m.
- If you choose not to use any tables at all, (ie. you will have zero tables) you are allowed to bring a maximum of two clothing racks. (pl informed us upon registration made)
- NO electricity socket is provided.
- Multiple stallholders will get priority when picking stalls upon payment to ensure that they have adjoining stalls.
- Stall allocation will be done by event orgr unless vendors have topped up for stall selection fee.

-Strictly NO selling of illegal, pirated, imitation, cigarette, lighter items allowed. Any vendors who found selling such items, will be banned from signing up the bazaar.

PUBLICITY:
Advertising for bazaar event will be done through plenty of channels including posters to be placed around the school compound, screen projection to the students and staff, Straits Times Classifieds, Gumtree, 88db, Redad, Facebook, Twitter, online forum.
