Come join us on 31 Dec at the Marina Bay WaterFront, as we celebrate together to usher in 2017!

Our Booth Categories as follow
$268 Event Square Booth (Nearest to MBS Shopping Centre) - 10 booths (Fully Booked)
$250 Mist Walk Booths (the bayfront stretch from outside MBS towards the URA city gallery) - 40 booths available (still available)
Booth Configuration
Each Booth comes with 1 x 2.5m by 2.5m gazebo tent (with side canvas sheets),
2 x 1.2m by 0.6m table,
2 x plastic chair,
1 x twin florescent lamp.
1 x powerpoint (for low usage only)
4 x side walls

Items prohibited for sale:
Banking / Insurance or Finance products
Membership signups
Pirated / Copyright infringement products
Food prepared on the spot
Confetti Spray (Foam Sprays)- prohibited by SPF
Any service that is not rendered on the spot
Allocation, Booking, Confirmation and Payment for Bazaar Booth
Allocation of Booths will be based on first-confirmed-first-get basis, starting from Booth 1 to 50.
Once we receive your online booking, we will generate to you a quotation. -> Please note your booth will only be secured after full payment is received promptly within 24 - 48 hours from the time booking is made.
Official receipts will be issued for all payments made.
The Organizer reserves the right to re-assign the booth to others if payment is not received within the stipulated times given.
No Cancellation - no Refund / No Change of Date
As the event is one off, we will not entertain any change of date, or provide any refund if you wish to cancel your booking. You are however, allowed get someone to take over the booth on a personal arrangement. The person taking over your booth must present the same receipt that was issued by us to you. You must inform us if there is such an arrangement so that we can take note of this.
Bad Weather
The event is slated to continue, rain or shine.
No refund will be given for bad weather.
Merchants are encouraged to equip themselves with plastic sheets to counter bad weather.
Unloading of merchandise / Parking
Vendors are allowed to unload their merchandise at the open carpark behind Marina Bay City Gallery.
You are advised to bring along your own trolleys.
You are advised to come early to avoid possible traffic congestion.
Parking charges are payable according to carpark operator rates (Wilson parking). Parking is also available at Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC).
Any illegal parking will be subject to wheel-clamp and a penalty fine imposed by the authorities.
Liabilities
You are liable to indemnify the Organiser or URA for any loss or caused to their property and / or injury to their employees arising out of your (including your employees, agents or representatives) negligence.
Any littering or illegal disposal of waste is strictly prohibited and offenders are liable to pay a fine or face ban from future participation at the bazaar.
