EVENT HIGHTLIGHTS
The Kids Fest Project is a combination of different organisors, coming together, organizing 1 MEGA Event specially for Children and Families. We have Bazaar Booths selling a wide range of Children and Family products, Gaming Booths, Indoor Children Playground, Bouncing Castles, Workshops, Children Book Fair and many more!!! All happening under 1 roof!!!

This event will also be tied up with The Passion Card promotion whereby members will flash their cards at your booth and they will be entitled to some forms of discounts. You may also offer free gifts when members spend a minimum amount or minimum products purchased. You as the vendor will decide on the promotion to offer.

Note: Some activities are only available at certain venues. However, most venues will have them.

RENTAL
$138 for 2 days
Inclusive of 1 rectangle table (4ft x 2ft) with skirting and 1 chair.

Permitted Products: Children Fashion products. Children toys and gifts. Handmade and DIY products. Arts and Crafts products. Plants and Flowers. Paintings and Antiques. Vintage and Kickstarter products.

Non-permitted Products: Adult clothes. Foods and Drinks. Preloved items. Illegal or prohibited products. Gambling, Liquor, Tobacco products. Banks, Insurance, Property products and/or services. Travel services/products.

Black Cloth for closing (2.4m x 2.4m) – $10 each (To purchase is $20)
Electricity – $25
Booth Selection - $50/booth
Manpower – $10 each hour
