HELLO CHRISTMAS! EVENT
In conjunction to the Christmas celebration at the Singapore Changi Airport, the Singapore Changi Airport group will be bringing the season of giving into the Airport itself. ‘Hello Christmas!’ is a 5 weeks running series of events base on a concept whereby there will be 3 event areas, each catering to its own theme, namely “Kids Fantasy”, “Ladies Fiesta” and “Men Tech”.
Featuring more than 20 exclusive booths each day, this bazaar event is incorporated with unparalleled creativity in blending the shopping and live experience together. This event promotes business and traffic for blogshops and retailers and taps into the deepest desires of shopaholics, attracting people of all ages with the promise of an afternoon shopping and entertainment.
Promotions and entertain such as their hourly mechanism that will dispense toys for visitors. Shopping hours of the airport will be till 11pm hence will be late night shopping.
The best of all, they will also have a hourly shuttle bus to/from Changi airport to Ang Mo Kio / Seng Kang MRT station at your convenience.

HELLO CHRISTMAS! TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Tenant/Tenants” refers to the applicant(s) who rents booth(s) at the Event. "We" refers to the organisor. “Organisor” refers to Urban Eventz who is organisor of the event. “Event” refers to “Hello Christmas”.
Please review these terms and conditions very carefully. By signing up The Bazaar booth(s) with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as follows:
- This event is open to public.
- Tenants are NOT allowed to sell beauty and cosmetics products.
- Tenants are NOT allowed to sell insurance and financial services.
- Tenants are NOT allowed to sell food and beverages.
- Tenants are NOT allowed to sell items prohibited by law.
- Tenants are NOT allowed to sell 2nd hand items.
- Tenants are recommended to pay a visit to the venue before signing up of booths.
- We DO not entertain reservations. ONLY full payment made confirms tenants' booths.
- Tenants MUST report to the information counter an hour earlier to receive their booths.
- Tenants MUST present their acknowledgement payment email in order to receive their booths.
- Booths will be randomly issued to the tenants by the organisor beforehand and will be issued only the day of event.
- Do note that tables and chairs at clubs, pubs and ktvs are of irregular sizes.
- Space area is about 1.5m x 1.5m.
- Each tenant will only be permitted to bring ONLY 1 single tier clothing rack.
- Tenants are NOT allowed to bring their own tables and chairs.
- Tenants MUST start packing up half an hour earlier before the bazaar ends.
- Tenants are to keep their area clean before they leave.
- The organisor will NOT entertain any forms of refund once payment made.
- The organisor holds NO responsibility over tenants' profit and loss. Tenants' own risk to sign up.
- This event is a Rain or Shine event. There will be NO refund in the event of rain.
- We will ONLY entertain refunds if the event has been called off due to insufficient responds.
- The organisor reserves the right to change the venue, date of event at any point of time deem necessary.
- The organisor reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
- The organisor's decision is final if any dispute arises.
