Come and join us for a fun-filled night at our October Mille Fleur Bazaar @ Clarke Quay!
The date is 23 & 24 October 2009, the week before the Biiiig Halloween party at Clarke Quay.
So..for all of you entrepreneurs out there, think of what to sell (costumes, scary stuff, accessories, apparels, jewellery, bags, shoes, devil's horns..etc etc..) and be ready to showcase your products by then!
The official time is from 6pm to midnight. However, not everyone has to be cinderella. You can stay up to 1am to serve your customers =)
Set up is by 5pm on both days and don't forget to bring your own lightings and extension cord.
The whole place is outdoor but sheltered by the pretty Angel Canopy that lights up at night so no worries even when it rains.
Now, the most important factor in your decision-making:
The rental rates.
For 4ft space, the rental rate is $160 per day but only $300 for 2 days for first timers!
If you would like to get only 1 day rental, please make sure that you have a friend to take up the next day rental or let us find one for you.
The rental is inclusive of 3ft x 3ft table, 2 chairs and 1 power point) you can put 1 clothes rack or any other display item beside your table. If you do not want to use the table, kindly let us know in advance.
For 8 ft space, the rental rate is $540 for 2 days (inclusive of 6ft x 3ft table, 2 chairs and 1 power point).
You can share the 8 ft space with a friend to save on rental.
Our other upcming bazaars at Clarke Quay will be on 13 & 14 November and 18 & 19 December. However, there will be 20% increase in rental rate as its peak period.

Refund Policy: full refund will be given if the event is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the date of event. Similarly, no refund is for those who pulled out less than 2 weeks before the date of event.
In the event of a change of dates, the management will let vendors know in a month in advance.
