Venue: West Coast Plaza, Level 1 (in front of Customer Service Counter and Lifestyle Merchandising Shop)
Date: 25 and 26 Feb 2012 (Sat & Sun)
Time: 11am – 9.30pm
Rental: $130 for 2 days / $70 for 1 day
*Returned stall tenants will entitle 5% discount off on the Rental Fee ONLY.
Not applicable to the below additional request. Pls indicate your receipt no. upon registration and payment.

Additional Request*:
a) Selection of CENTRE STALL location: $10 for 2 days
b) Selection of CORNER STALL location (LIMITED): Vendors will require to book at least 2 stalls (adjoining side by side). NO ADDTL Stall selection fee.
b) Per Additional Clothes Rack (2nd rack onwards) Brought By Vendor:$20 for 2 days
c) Per Additional Table (apart from the 1 table provided: $20 for 2 days
d) Per Additional Chair(apart from the 2 chairs provided): $4 for 2 days
e)PowerPoint: $20 for 2 days
*Vendors whom opt for Additional Request will have to pay for full 2 days’ additional fee. E.g: if you booked for 2 days’bazaar, the addtl request fee for stall selection will be $10

WHAT YOU GET?
- A 1.7m (length) x 2m (width) space inclusive of 1 no. 3ft x 3ft table (no skirting) and 2 chairs.
- Each stall is allowed to bring 1 clothes rack. The height of the rack should not exceed 1.7m. Event organizer will not be providing any rack.
- If you choose not to use any tables at all, (ie. you will have zero tables),you are allowed to bring a maximum of two clothing racks. (pl informed us upon registration made)
- All stalls will be located within air conditioned area.
- Multiple stallholders will get priority when picking stalls upon payment to ensure that they have adjoining stalls.
- Strictly NO selling of F&B, baby/kids’ apparel, financial/trading services, pre-loved/second hand goods, illegal, pirated, imitation items allowed. Any vendors who found selling such items, will be banned from signing up the bazaar.

PUBLICITY:
Advertising for bazaar event will be done through plenty of channels including Straits Times Classifieds, Gumtree, 88db, Redad, Facebook, Twitter, online forum, signages will be posted on the day itself.
