FASHIONISTA PROJECT
Fashionista Season 2 is back bigger and better after the successful run of events in Fashionista Season 1 at SMU in 2009.

Fashionista’ is a 6 months project which aims to create a common ground for fashion owners and Fashionistas where fashion is brought to a higher level of interaction and communication. The huge success of prior Fashionista Series (1st 5 months) leads us to take the initiative to organize a mega event, known as Fashionista Live on Stage (6th month).

The selling point of this project lies in its unparalleled creativity in blending the shopping and live performance experience together. Other than the bazaar (aka Fashionista Series), it is also an exclusive platform for local talents to perform to the public. This mega event promotes business and traffic for the fashion bazaar, taps into the deepest desires of shopaholics, as well as fulfills the outmost fantasies of young aspiring rockers. This season, we are introducing inspired blog celebrities to share their stories and what they have up for auction. Fashionista is all about attracting people of all ages with the promise of an afternoon shopping and live entertainment.

That's not enough! To spice up the atmosphere during the event, we will also be holding the popular Fashion Beauty Pageant known as Fashionista New Face, all for the purpose of providing a wonderful and unforgettable experience for everyone and to make this project an even greater success. Popular fashion labels will be duly invited to showcase their exciting collection on the runway by the contestants.

FASHIONISTA SEASON 2 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Tenant/Tenants” refers to the applicant(s) who rents booth(s) at the Event. "We" refers to the organisor. “Organisor” refers to Urban Eventz who is organisor of the event. “Event” refers to “Fashionista Season 2”.

Please review these terms and conditions very carefully. By signing up The Bazaar booth(s) with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as follows:
- This event is open to public.
- Tenants are NOT allowed to sell beauty and cosmetics products.
- Tenants are NOT allowed to sell insurance and financial services.
- Tenants are NOT allowed to sell food and beverages.
- Tenants are NOT allowed to sell items prohibited by law.
- Tenants are recommended to pay a visit to the venue before signing up of booths.
- We DO not entertain reservations. ONLY full payment made confirms tenants' booths.
- Tenants MUST report to the information counter an hour earlier to receive their booths.
- Tenants MUST present their acknowledgement payment email in order to receive their booths.
- Booths will be randomly issued to the tenants by the organisor beforehand and will be issued only the day of event.
- Do note that tables and chairs at clubs, pubs and ktvs are of irregular sizes.
- Space area is about 1.5m x 1.5m.
- Each tenant will only be permitted to bring ONLY 1 single tier clothing rack.
- Tenants are NOT allowed to bring their own tables and chairs.
- Tenants MUST start packing up half an hour earlier before the bazaar ends.
- Tenants are to keep their area clean before they leave.
- The organisor will NOT entertain any forms of refund once payment made.
- The organisor holds NO responsibility over tenants' profit and loss. Tenants' own risk to sign up.
- This event is a Rain or Shine event. There will be NO refund in the event of rain.
- We will ONLY entertain refunds if the event has been called off due to insufficient responds.
- The organisor reserves the right to change the venue, date of event at any point of time deem necessary.
- The organisor reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
- The organisor's decision is final if any dispute arises.
