Zhongshan Mall (中山广场) is a 2-Storey Retail Mall, owned and managed by HH Properties Pte Ltd (Member of Hiap Hoe and SuperBowl Group). Opened in Nov 2013 which houses 35 units over 58,000 square feet of retail space with a one basement car park located along Balestier Road. It is located in close proximity to the commercial, retail and medical hubs at Novena and Orchard Road, Singapore’s premier shopping street. The Central Business District at Raffles Place and Marina Bay is also a short 15-minute drive away. It is easily accessible via the Central Expressway (CTE) and the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and is located within few minutes drive away from the nearby Toa Payoh, Novena, Caldecott and Farrer Park MRT Staions. SBS and SMRT buses from various locations will stop right in front of Zhongsgan Mall too.
