Hi All!
Thank you for those of you who had participated in our Pre-Halloween Mille Fleur Bazaar @ Clarke Quay! It was a blast!
Now, its time to be MERRY again because CHRISTMAS is here soon!!
Registration for Christmas Mille Fleur Bazaar @ Clarke Quay is OPEN!
We'll have TWO bazaars to DOUBLE the FUN!!
DATE: Friday, 10 & Saturday, 11 December 2010 (2 weeks b4 X'mas)
Friday, 17 & Saturday, 18 December 2010 (1 week b4 X'mas)
VENUE: Clarke Quay Central Square (fountain area right in the middle of Clarke Quay's dining hub)
RENTAL RATE:
$350 for 2 days for 4ft space (with 3ft x 3ft table and 2 chairs)
$600 for 2 days for 8ft space (with 6ft x 3ft table and 2 chairs)
ADVERTISING:
This bazaar will be advertised in Clarke Quay's website, Newsletter and 8 Days Magazine beside the email blast of the e-Flyers to our own database and our own website.
So book your table NOW to avoid disappointment!
As usual, set up is by 5pm on both days and don't forget to bring your own lightings and extension cord.
The whole place is outdoor but sheltered by the pretty Angel Canopy that lights up at night so no worries even when it rains.
You can put 1 clothes rack or any other display item beside your table. If you do not want to use the table, kindly let us know in advance.
HOW TO REGISTER?
If you are interested to participate in the bazaar above, please email us pictures or descriptions of your products.

Upon approval of your products, you can then proceed to choose your table location and make payment within a week upon reserving a table.
Payments can be made via internet banking or ATM transfer within a week to secure your table.
PRODUCTS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- FASHION & LIFESTYLE products.
- SPECIAL CHRISTMAS THEMED PRODUCTS such as X'mas cookies, candies, chocolates, decorations and are MOST welcome !
- UNIQUE products are also welcome to add to the variety of the products offered

Refund Policy: Full refund will be given if the event is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the date of event. Similarly, no refund is given for those who pulled out less than 2 weeks before the date of event.
In the event of a change of dates, the management will let vendors know at least 2 weeks in advance.
Official receipts will be issued for all payments made.
