Carnival in Greenwich V in June/July

Back by popular demand at Greenwich V!

Greenwich V has a unique outdoor concept, combined with relaxed style, natural chic and a charming village-like ambience to transform the traditional expectations of a retail mall.

We are seeking booth partners to promote/sell products during a carnival at Greenwich V (Level 2, outdoor Atrium Area) located at 1 Seletar Road on 29, 30 June & 1 July and 6 & 7 July 2012. The duration of the event is from 5pm to 9pm on Fridays and 11am to 9pm on Saturdays and Sunday.

Publicity will be rolled out to the nearby residents to create awareness about the event. There will also be some stage shows to excite the shoppers on Saturdays and Sundays as well.

Rental Charge
• Refundable Deposit of $100 payable upon confirmation. Deposit will be refunded at the end of the last day of carnival.
• 5 days booth consignment is compulsory.
• Charges $160 for all 5 days of booth consignment payable upon confirmation.

What We Provide
• 10ft x 5ft space area (each stall takes up 1/2 of Gazebo tent).
• fan and lighting provided (unless required, 1x 13A point will be chargeable at $40 for 5 days).
• 2 Tables (Skirted) & 2 Chairs per stall.

What Is Required?
• Description and photos of the products you are selling. Unique items are recommended.
• No of salesperson manning the stall.
• Photocopy of your NRIC upon confirmation.

NOTES:
(1) Strictly NO selling of F&B, lingerie, handphone accessories, financial or trading services, second-hand, pirated, porn, illegal and limitation items. Vendors who are found to be selling the above items will be banned from participating in the carnival.

(3) No refund on rental payment will be made unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Rain or Shine event.
