To book our stalls or simply to enquire, please email to bazaarsinc@ymail.com and provide your info (especially CONTACT NO, BAZAAR NAME, DATES and PRODUCTS) in the order below.
*Your contact number is important as we have experienced bounced emails recently. This is probably the vendor's inbox was full or that our email was treated as spam. When this happens and without a contact number, there is no way the vendor can receive our replies or payment advice. This is to the vendors disadvantage.

event: Bazaar @ West Coast Plaza
venue: West Coast Plaza (the atrium space starting from Paradise Inn to Fish Mart Sakuraya)
dates: 25 - 26 June 2011 (weekend 1)

9 -10 July 2011 (weekend 3)
time: 11am - 9.30pm
stall rental: $130 for 2 days (one 3ft by 3ft table and 2 chairs will be provided)
The June dates for this mall fall on the last weekend of the school holidays. As for the July dates, they coincide with the Singapore Food Festival. The mall will be holding food-eating competitions and challenges. These events will be advertised on Today, 8-Days and i-Weekly. Check below for the schedules and various competitions/challenges.

A family that eats together wins together. The quickest team that consumes all the food items - hung from strings - without using their hands wins.
Bittersweet Memories

An extreme taste challenge. The fastest person that downs several bottles of bitter herbal tea followed by cups of sour skittles win!

Ice cream lovers would relish this challenge. The team that finishes a huge tub of ice creeam the fastest gets the dessert of a prize.

The team that transfers the most number of onion rings using just straws in their mouth wins the coveted title and a prize.

It's all in the fingers for this challenge. Stretch a lump of dough into the longest line and be rewarded with a fat prize.

stall rental: $790 for 1 week (one 4ft by 2ft table and 2 chairs will be provided)
Only 6 stalls are available.
Due to restrictions from Hougang Point, the following products cannot be sold at the bazaar:
kids wear, services trade (beauty, insurance, property, credit card etc)

stall rental: $420/week (one 3ft by 3ft table and 2 chairs will be provided)
Only 12 stalls are available.
Cosmetics, beauty services and kidswear are not allowed to be sold at this bazaar.
Due to the small bazaar area, each stall is allowed to use either the table provided or to bring 2 racks only (racks to be placed side by side). The mall is strict about the racks being used. There is a height limit of 1.3m. If you are using racks, please send me the measurements (length x breadth x height) and a picture of your racks when booking.

Refund Policy: Stall rental will be refunded should there be cancellation of the event. However, please note that there won't be any refunds should the vendor pulls out of the event no matter for what reasons.
