To book our stalls or simply to enquire, please email to bazaarsinc@ymail.com and provide your info (especially CONTACT NO, BAZAAR NAME, DATES and PRODUCTS) in the order below.
*Your contact number is important as we have experienced bounced emails recently. This is probably the vendor's inbox was full or that our email was treated as spam. When this happens and without a contact number, there is no way the vendor can receive our replies or payment advice. This is to the vendors disadvantage.

event: Bazaar @ Anchorpoint

time: 11am - 10pm
stall rental: $420/week (one 3ft by 3ft table and 2 chairs will be provided)
Only 12 stalls are available.
Cosmetics, beauty services and kidswear are not allowed to be sold at this bazaar.
Due to the small bazaar area, each stall is allowed to use either the table provided or to bring 2 racks only (racks to be placed side by side). The mall is strict about the racks being used. There is a height limit of 1.3m. If you are using racks, please send me the measurements (length x breadth x height) and a picture of your racks when booking.

AUGUST
event: Bazaar @ Hougang Point
venue: Hougang Point (the atrium space facing the main entrance and KFC)
dates: 1 - 7 August 2011
time: 10am - 10pm
stall rental: $790 for 1 week (one 4ft by 2ft table and 2 chairs will be provided)
Only 6 stalls are available.
Due to restrictions from Hougang Point, the following products cannot be sold at the bazaar:
kids wear, services trade (beauty, insurance, property, credit card etc)

event: myVillage Handmade Fair
venue: myVillage, Serangoon Garden
dates: 6 - 7 August 2011 (weekend 1)
13 - 14 August 2011 (weekend 2)
time: 12pm - 8pm
stall rental: $150 for 1 weekend (Two 3ft by 3ft table and 2 chairs will be provided)
Only 10 stalls are available.
Event will be held at a tentage right outside the mall.
myVillage is celebrating National Day. The theme is "Made in Singapore" and we are looking for vendors selling handmade products or handicrafts that are MADE IN SINGAPORE!
In addition, we welcome vendors who are able to do demos/hands-on throughout the day. These vendors will have their stalls announced during the event so that shoppers can locate their stalls during demo time.
The mall will be advertising this event from 1 Aug. Advertisements can be seen on MRT Station doors in Serangoon. Emailers will be sent to members in their database and 140000 flyers will also be given to homes in the vicinity.

event: Playground Car Boot Sale & Flea Market!
venue: Playground @ Big Splash, East Coast Parkway
dates: 27 - 28 August 2011
time: 9.30am - 9.30pm
stall rental: $120 for 2 days (one 2m by 2m tentage + one 3ft by 2ft table + 2 chairs)
We welcome all 1st and 2nd hand products, except for f&b and counterfeit items.
Those driving, are able to park behind their stalls and sell from their vehicles too! In other words, more space to sell your wares! Parking fees are at $1.50 per hour. Do let us know if you are selling from the car, so that we can allocate you the right stall/area.
Applications are now open and will close once bookings are full. Hurry and book now!

Refund Policy: Stall rental will be refunded should there be cancellation of the event. However, please note that there won't be any refunds should the vendor pulls out of the event no matter for what reasons.
Official receipts will be issued for all payments made.
