Check out our bazaars from December to February! (addition of Countdown events!)
(for events at West Coast Plaza, iphone accessories are now allowed and as for those keen to sell kidswear, please send us pictures of your products)
To book our stalls or simply to enquire, please email to bazaarsinc@ymail.com and provide your info (especially CONTACT NO, EVENT NAME, DATES and PRODUCTS) in the order below.

DEC
event: N.Y.E Countdown Party 2012 and Mega Weekend Celebration
venue: Marina Barrage
dates/time: 31 Dec 2011 (2pm - 1am); 1 & 2 Jan 2012 (12pm - 6pm)
stall rental: $160 for all 3 days (one 3ft by 3ft table and 2 chairs will be provided)
Only 30 stalls are available! We welcome all food and non-food vendors! Priority is given to vendors who can book all 3 days.
20000 people are expected over the 3 days at this event. Come and join us at our 4-hour non-stop New Year Eve’s Countdown Party @ Marina Barrage from 8:30pm onwards. This celebration will feature popular local bands like Novo Bloco, Bushmen, Tiramisu and more. Groove with them and enjoy their stunting performance.
The grand finale of the night will end on a high note with fabulous fireworks set against the city skyline. Locations like the Green Roof, Marina Bridge and Central Courtyard in the Marina Barrage are some of the best sites to see this spectacular display of lights and fire.
There will be a fun carnival on all 3 days featuring pockets of novelty acts and fun inflatables.
Do note that this is an outdoor event.

stall rental: $530/week (one 3ft by 3ft table and 2 chairs will be provided)
Only 10 stalls are available.
Cosmetics, beauty services and kidswear are not allowed to be sold at this bazaar.
The mall is strict about the racks being used. There is a height limit of 1.3m. If you are using racks, please send me the measurements (length x breadth x height) and a picture of your racks when booking.

stall rental: $120 for 2 days (one 3ft by 3ft table and 2 chairs will be provided)
Due to restrictions from West Coast Plaza, the following products cannot be sold at the bazaar:
lingerie, beauty and nail services

Refund Policy: Stall rental will be refunded should there be cancellation of the event. However, please note that there won't be any refunds should the vendor pulls out of the event no matter for what reasons.
