(for events at West Coast Plaza, iphone accessories are now allowed and as for those keen to sell kidswear, please send us pictures of your products)
To book our stalls or simply to enquire, please email to bazaarsinc@ymail.com and provide your info (especially CONTACT NO, EVENT NAME, DATES and PRODUCTS) in the order below.

When this happens and without a contact number, there is no way the vendor can receive our replies or payment advice. This is to the vendors disadvantage.

Only 5 stalls are available for this event!
Items like kidswear, toys, fashion accessories and sportswear are preferred.

venue: West Coast Plaza (the atrium space between Fishmart Sakuraya and Buy & Fix)
dates: 9 - 15 December 2011 (week 1)
16 - 25 December 2011 (week 2)
time: 11am - 9.30pm
stall rental: $360 for week 1; $520 for week 2 (one 3ft by 3ft table and 2 chairs will be provided)
Only 18 stalls are available for this Xmas Bazaar!
Due to restrictions from West Coast Plaza, the following products cannot be sold at the bazaar:
lingerie, beauty and nail services

stall rental: $530/week (one 3ft by 3ft table and 2 chairs will be provided)
Only 10 stalls are available.
Cosmetics, beauty services and kidswear are not allowed to be sold at this bazaar.
The mall is strict about the racks being used. There is a height limit of 1.3m. If you are using racks, please send me the measurements (length x breadth x height) and a picture of your racks when booking.

Refund Policy: Stall rental will be refunded should there be cancellation of the event. However, please note that there won't be any refunds should the vendor pulls out of the event no matter for what reasons.
