Bazaars Inc is going to Singapore Expo this May!
Singapore Expo will be having a Singapore Food Expo during 25 -29 May. This yearly food fair (started since year 2000) is one of the largest food event in Singapore. Last year, there was a daily turnout of 120,000, in all attracting more than 600,000 visitors throughout the 5 days.
Besides this major food event, there will also be a John Little Sale, the Popular Expo Sale, a Consumer Electronics Sale and the Super Import Nights (an event featuring exotic cars) in the rest of the Expo Halls. With so many events going on, Bazaars Inc is presenting this opportunity for vendors to showcase their products to the high volume of visitors!
25 May is also the start of the Great Singapore Sale!!
Our event will be held at Foyer 2, Level 2. If you are coming from the MRT Station, you will first see 7-Eleven aftering entering Expo. It is right opposite 7-Eleven, after going up the escalators. Previous companies using this area include Carrefour and L'Oreal.
Only 67 stalls are available!

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT : $50 (only for applications for 5-day bookings before 25 Apr and made payment within the time-frame as stated in the payment advice. Please note that enquiry emails are not considered as an application. 3-day or 2-day bookings are not eligible as well.)
Each stall will be given a space of 2.4m (length) by 1.2m (breadth), two 4ft by 2ft tables with skirtings and 2 chairs.
If you are using the 2 tables provided, you cannot bring any racks.
If you are using 1 rack, only 1 table will be provided.
If you are using 2 racks, no tables will be provided.
So, please state how may racks you are bringing when booking for a stall.
You will be given the layout to choose your stall after payment has been done. Payment can be done only when you receive the payment advice.
Due to restrictions from Singapore Expo, the following products cannot be sold at the bazaar:
sports shoes, sportswear, books, food
To book our stalls or simply to enquire, please email to bazaarsinc@ymail.com and provide your info (especially CONTACT NO and PRODUCTS) in the order below.
*Your contact number is important as we have experienced bounced emails recently. This is probably the vendor's inbox was full or that our email was treated as spam. When this happens and without a contact number, there is no way the vendor can receive our replies or payment advice. This is to the vendors disadvantage.

Refund Policy: Stall rental will be refunded should there be cancellation of the event. However, please note that there won't be any refunds should the vendor pulls out of the event no matter for what reasons.
Official receipts will be issued for all payments made.
