Rental Per Stall: S$30.00 per stall.
(Introductory Price!!)
For those who have signed up earlier, we will refund u the excess on the date of event.
It will come with one [3ft x 3ft] Table and Two Chairs.
Please bring your own tablecloth.
Each stall will be allocated with a [5ft x 5ft] Stall Space.
U can put anything (Shoe Racks/Clothes Rack etc) within that space.
Extra Chair: Payable at $1.00 each (Limited to 1 extra Chair per stall)
Power Supply is available upon Request at a nominal fee of $5.00.
Things You can sell: Basically EVERYTHING except Drinks.
We also welcome other services
(eg; Manicure, Ear Candling, Express Massage, Tarrot Card Reading, Educational Products, Health products etc)
Advertisement Plan:
1) We will be putting up Banners outside the Resort's premises.
2) Distribution of flyers at the following place:
a) Mc'Donald's Area
b) Along the Beach Area.
c) Marina Cove
3) We would also be sending emails to over 2000 people to inform them of this event.
Target Audience:
1) Young Teenagers from 14 years old onwards
2) Families
3) Residents of Island Resorts
(They normally expect about 2000 people on Saturdays staying at their Resort)
Points to note:
The Resort Residents will check in at the Lobby at about 2.00pm.
The Resort Management encourage us to do the setup at 12pm as by 1pm there will be a lot of people at the Lobby area.
There will be a balloting on that day for allocation of your table.
Please report to us first and we will then assist you in balloting for your table.
*However, no worries.. All table are situated in the same area.. so it's win-win situation. =)
