Sell your products at Orchard Road during this Christmas Season!!
NParks will be having an Artists' Night Out on 13 Dec. There will be musical performances at the amphitheatre. Ads regarding this event will be out on the MRT stations along the NE Line.
In conjunction with Artist' Night Out, NParks will be having the Artist Market nearby for vendors to showcase theirs wares to the public.
Handmade and artistic products are preferred. Christmas gift items, arts and crafts are welcome too! If your products fall outside these categories, you may still send in your applications.
F&B vendors are allowed to be mobile vendors for this event (by walking and bringing food or drinks into the amphitheatre area to sell).
This is an outdoor event (rain or shine). Stalls will be housed under a shared tentage. Each stall gets a 1.8m (length) by 2m (breadth) space (including tables space). Two 3ft by 3ft tables with skirtings and 2 chairs are provided for each stall.
Any banners are not allowed to be displayed by the vendors.
Stalls are allocated.
Vendors are encouraged to decorate their stalls with Christmas theme.
The previous event done at the same venue in Aug recorded an approximately 5000 visitors to the musical performances alone. Dhoby Ghaut Green is just above the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. There is also a bus stop nearby. Visitors to this area include the Saturday night crowd and the Sunday family crowd.
All approved vendors will be shortlisted by NParks. So please send in your application with your product photos and table display photos taken during past bazaars. Do include a write up and average prices of your products as well.

*Your contact number is important as we have experienced bounced emails recently. This is probably the vendor's inbox was full or that our email was treated as spam. When this happens and without a contact number, there is no way the vendor can receive our replies or payment advice. This is to the vendors disadvantage.

Stall rental will be refunded should there be a cancellation of the event. However, please note that there won't be any refunds should the vendor pulls out of the event no matter for what reasons. |
