hi, i m doing ladies apparel. if you are keen, call us for viewing. we are direct owner, not agent. hence, no agent fee. we are asking for take over fee just to cover part of our renovation fee. most impt, its fuss free that no biz proposal is required. legal fee on the name transfer will be bear by us.

thks for all your your viewing. May I urge that please read my descriptions carefully. I have callers tell me that take-over fee is not mentioned. Yes, I did mention clearly. There IS take-over fee.

However, we are not revealing anything here. This is because during meet up, we can explain better like how much we have spent on the permits, reno & etc in order to justify why are we asking for this amount of take-over fee.

Most people who do not have experience in setting up a retail store in shopping malls. From business proposal to approving of shop design to applying for electricity permit & etc. All is about hassle & money. All these have been settled. Hence, we are only asking for a fraction of our renovation fee as take-over fee. Receipts will be provided upon request as proof of how much we have spent.
