Hi, we are the only retail outlet approved to operate a box shop concept in Airport. Sales have been very encouraging since we opened in Dec and we really hope to invite more vendors to come in in order to increase our product range.
Questions that you might ask :
1) Who are the customers?
Expect lots of staffs during the weekdays, shoppers on weekday nights, families during weekends and lastly travellers looking for last minute gift items.
2) Where is our outlet?
We are at Terminal 3, right outside the MRT exit/entrance. Directly opposite us is the bus terminal where passengers board SBS or shuttle buses. So do expect lots of visibility.
3) What are the rental rates? Any hidden costs?
Rental rates range from $100-$150 per month, 20% discount if you take > 1 box
Additional service charge of 15%, which will include consumables such as gift wrappers, plastic carriers and merchant fees for nets and credit card facilities
Absolutely no other costs aside from the above listed.
4) How big is the space?
Dimension of each box H40cm : W38cm : D44cm (acrylic partition can be removed if you take > 1 box), open concept to encourage browsing (no locks)
5) What are the operating hours of the outlet?
Usually the operating hours are 10 am to 11pm.
During Christmas period, we opened until 1am with fantastic sales. Same goes for CNY where we stayed open during the 1st 2 days. All these goes to increase your sales.
6) Anything else to take note?
Min commitment 3 months, with 20% discount if you commit > 3 month period. You only need to pay upfront 1 month advance rental 1 month deposit to commit.
