New Retail boxes in our pushcart (price on asking). Only 6 boxes available on pushcart. * Zero rate for weekday --> We understand that most sales are generated during weekend. Therefore, we do not deduct rental for weekday from your credits paid if we open during weekday. It also let us be more flexible to choose to open on which weekdays. * No security deposit required --> It means lower cash outlay for you. * Initial payment --> As low as S$100 when your reserve the box. * Discount on rental fee --> Pay S$100 (No discount), S$300 or more (5% discount), S$500 or more (10% discount), S$700 or more (15% discount), S$1,000 or more (20% discount). * No funny hidden charges --> We only charge 15% commission to cover our sales assistant commission, packing materials & other costs to promote your sales. * Grow your business on wholesales / Corporate sales --> We hire separate staff to take care of wholesales / Corporate sales inquires. * Prime shopping area --> Conveniently located at #03-028b, Suntec City mall. Our mobile box on pushcart is outside Suntec City mall Carrefour 2nd floor exit. Enjoy a free banner ads at size of 768 x 60 pixels. * Check your sales and inventory information anytime during shop hours --> We use POS system to capture your sales / inventory. You can check your sales and inventory information by calling our shop. (Sales / Inventory reports will be updated to website on irregular basis). * We help you to deposit your sales proceed --> You are not required to self collect cheque in our shop. We do not post cheque but indeed, we will deposit the cheque directly to bank. Of course, you are welcome to self collect the cheque in our shop as well. * You are allowed to place your name card, website information inside the box --> Our mission is to provide affordable retails space to anyone who need it to earn extra money.
