Hi
We are opening a outlet in T3, basement 2 of Changi airport. Partial of outlet will comprise a boxshop component, so we are inviting interested parties to join us.
1) Rental rates range from $100-$150 per month, 20% discount if you take > 1 box
2) Service charge 15%, which will include consumables such as gift wrappers, plastic carriers and merchant fees for nets and credit card facilities
3) Min commitment 3 months, with 20% discount if you commit > 3 month period
4) Dimension of the box H40cm : W38cm : D44cm (acrylic partition can be removed if you take > 1 box), open concept to encourage browsing (no locks)
5) Operating hours 10am - 11 pm
6) Anticipated opening at end Oct or early Nov, so that we can usher in the festive season ahead.
7) We are selling apparels and bags (for ladies and gents), so would prefer accessories owners (hand-made or imported) to join us to add variety to the outlet
