We are inviting all online owner to step out to retail business for increasing their online sales and create more awareness to new customer
As for a lot of owner, they do have the hesitate of capital but we made sure Profit GUARANTEED.
Shopping Times are 7 times bigger than a pushcart and we have the following concept, furniture and fitting:

Ladies apparel x 5 corner
Men's apparel x 3 corner
Bag x 2 corner
Other product x 13 corner
Furniture and Fitting
2 mannequin
1 fitting room
2 mirror
1 steamer
Our location is at Pasir Ris Ehub Downtown East.
Shop locate at level 4, in front of the cinema beside of the arcade.
Apparel / Bag Rental
-Minimum 6 months rent
-360/month [$12/day]
-50% refund of $300*
*We will refund 50% of $300 if the sales does not hit $300 per month.
Accessories Rental
-Minimum 6 months rent
-180/month [$6/day]
-50% refund of $100*
*We will refund 50% of $100 if the sales does not hit $100 per month.
Consignment
-Minimum 1 months
-40%,60%
-Deposit: 1 to 1 month
-Manpower: 10% commission of the total sales
Please note that salesperson is provided and you don't have to pay for the salesperson salary but 10% commission of the total sales.
You may wish to come down on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Our operation hour: 2pm - 10pm Daily expect for Friday and Saturday 2pm - 2am.
