Sorry, a bit confused. So are u letting go half your shop or are u looking for people to take up the franchise or both? If take up franchise only, what happen to the other half of the shop? Located in Millenia Walk is one thing, knowing who is located right next to you is also important.
Also, are we allowed to carry other brands and sell other related products eg accessories, bags, etc?
And is it plus 10% (in your description) or plus 20% (in your rental per mth/wk/day)?? And 10% of what?
When u say "Milan Fashion", are these replicas of Milan designers' wear?
How long has your fashion business been around? Perhaps u can share with us a bit more about your fashion business. It makes sense to pay for a franchise if and only if it's an established brandname with good management good operation practice.

Being a franchise arrangement, so it means that your company will provide the products? U have not answered my previous questions - When u say "Milan Fashion", are u referring to replicas of branded designs? Or do the apparels carry its own brand label "MEELANZ".
It's good and bad I guess to be allowed to carry other brands. Good because there are varieties. Bad because being a franchise, it seems to have lost its identity.
