Space to Share at China Square Flea Market
 

Hi Folks,

I have a table to share, at flea market located in China Square Central, every Sunday, from 9am to 6pm, on the ground floor.
Originally is 2 X 3 X 3 ft tables. Hence, each tenant will take up 1 X 3 X 3 ft table each and cost is at S$22.50.

Prefer the tenant to sell ladies "bling bling" accessories such as ear rings and such. I myself will be selling cute cute pouches. Would like to work with tenants that are serious, committed and responsible.

Vacancies is open from first November Sunday onwards (1st NOvember 2009).

Hi,

It actually depends on how you position yourself and how high is your expectation. To be fair and honest, I don't deny that the crowd cannot compare with places like Bugis or Orchard Road.

The actual crowd will start from 12pm to 4pm (plus/minus). The crowd has a good mixed. The guys are there for toys and flea stuff. The ladies will also shop for their likings. Familiar face are usually there for flea stuff (including ladies). There are also old timers on the second floor selling bling bling ladies accessories every Sundays.

My personal observation is : ladies stuff sure have browsers (especially clothes), in fact better than my products. The rest is your sales skills and willingness to accept negotiation. There are aunties selling brand new clothes and can make profit every Sunday. Again, it is still your expectation level to decide if the sales revenue is acceptable in such a location and crowd.

PS : Due to sharing and space concern, it is only good for 1 (one) display rack (if necessary)

Hi,

I prefer the vendor/tenant to be able to commit until end Dec and payment can be made for at one go (Total 9 Sundays @ S$22.50 X 9 = S$202.50, 5 Sundays in Nov and 4 Sundays in Dec).

Rental fees are not refundable if vendor/tenant back out at any point of time due to whatever reasons during the commited period.

Vendors wanted to sell clothes are limited to 1 (one) display rack due to space concerns.

We are a ACRA registered company, hence, we hope this can give interested vendors/tenants some confident in us. Below is a current display setup every Sunday to share with interested parties :
