Sharing of Month Long Flea @ Big Splash Fr $4/day

This is my first time registering and I'm intending to take up a slot at the Great SgBazaar Sale - Playground @ Big Splash.

This will be an inaugural month long bazaar in conjunction with the coming summer school holidays and Great Singapore Sale!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1) This is a RAIN or SHINE event.
2) There are currently 12 slots available all on First Come First Serve basis. So please book early to avoid disappointment as some maybe taking up more than 1 slot.
3) Once we have at least 10 confirmed slots, you'll be required to make payment for the rental & I'll proceed with the registration & payment to secure the slot.
4) Once payment is made and final, we apologise that there will be no refunds made.
5) You will need to send in your operating schedule so that I can consolidate and submit to the organizers by May 23.

Opening Hours: 10am - 10pm
Trade Area: 2m X 2m
Size of tent allowed: 2m X 2m
*It will be an empty space and self setup is required*

There will be some events held over the school holidays at the venue:

27 Jun 2009 – SPH Seventeen Magazine Beach Party
(Whole Day Event with lotsa publicity)
28 Jun 2009 – MCYS National Family Week Closing Event
(Whole Day Event, 10k expected turnout)

There are other smaller events on some weekends throughout the month, that will not be published. Other larger events will be updated upon confirmation.

Just to be fair to everyone since its a month long event, I have broken down the available slots and revised the rental accordingly. The total rental for the Bazaar is $300.

The tentage rental will be at $300 for the entire month and we'll be split accordingly as most of us will need the tentage although some may have their own portable tentage.

If you require electrical outlet, it'll be at $25/day or more. We'll need to check with the organizers in details.
