Looking for Aspiring Owner of a New Ice Cream Cafe
 

I have a new shop space and ice-cream making equipment for takeover. Location is around Guillemard area with good traffic flow and many upcoming new residential developments. Due to unforeseen personal commitments, I cannot continue with the business and am looking for someone with interest to takeover.

Most of the equipment, stocks and furniture are in place and all you need is to give the shop a light renovation, apply NEA license, and you can get the business going. This venture is also suitable for newbies who have no experience in F&B but is aspiring to start off in the industry. Consultation and recipes handover can also be arranged, depending on your requirements.
