Don't waste that space. You can contact me and we can work out a arrangement so that we can take over when you are closed and you get to earn some extra cash. Win-win situation.

In particular, I am looking to rent the kitchen space whenever you are not using it (during your off days or even half days). It can be a restaurant, cafes or hawker stall, as long as it is NEA certified.

Do contact me if you are interested in any kind of other arrangement as well. (sublet, joint venture etc.)

I want to start a catering business but very small one. If you find anything that I can share part time as an hourly basis please inform me. Location ideally near western Singapore.
