Hi!

Currently I have a NEA licensed kitchen operating for 3 years plus already, due to personal reasons I will be letting go of the unit in June. There is still 1 year and 4 months lease left. Managed to renew the contract last year at very reasonable price ( less than $1.5k ), 5 minutes walk distant from Rochor MRT station.
