We're interested in sharing the kitchen you've posted, however tried to PM you and your inbox was full.

Appreciate if you could PM me and let me know a bit more about the equipment you have on hand. We would need:

-- Stove (gas preferred but not required)
-- Oven (one large or at least two standard kitchen size)
-- Refrigerator/chiller (retarder would be great but maybe I'm asking too much :) )
-- Mixer (pls advise on the size)

You mention it is free after 5pm, however might it also be available early mornings from 6-8am or 7-9am?
