NEA Approved Bakery for Takeover and Sharing
Rental at 2,500/month, size around 400-500sq ft. Fully renovated with air conditioning, water points, 3 phase electricity, floor tiling. Comes with own toilet.
No takeover fees. Current lease until june 2015. Option to renew 1 yr or 2 yr at same rental Option to share kitchen with other bakers too. Interested parties please contact asap. Need to let go asap due to other commitments. |
