Aircon/Water/Electricity included.
Comes with exhaust hood and other equipment.
Appliances & equipment included in rent.

Hi, I'm also looking for a place where I can bake sometimes during events or festive seasons. If anyone is renting, please let me know! Small workspaces or shared kitchen is fine with me, as I normally do it alone or with my partner.
