Firstly, if you have a bakery shop to let go, please PM me. I am setting up a small bakery with my sister.

Secondly, if we cannot find a suitable bakery shop, we will look for an approved NEA kitchen to share in the North. Please PM me if you have one.

I can't PM you because I'm not a paid member (or i'm really lousy at the forum navigations)
I'm representing an established food retail business and we're looking for NEA approved kitchen space too.
We only need about 30-40 sq feet max and we're going to produce gelato, so it'll be very clean and simple.
Would you be willing to sublet a space like this to us?

Well, if you haven't, you can save costs by renting out kitchen to bake your orders. Our rental charge is only $19 per hour, and use as and when you need it. :)
