Hi all, we have a shop space for sublet available anytime. It is renovated (brand new aircons, lightings etc), and is equipped with equipments to kick start your business (chillers, cabinets etc). It is located in the central part of singapore. Space is about 450-500sqft. Very reasonable rate for a central location. Already licensed by NEA. Start your food business hassle-free.
