F&B Shop for Takeover
 
Hi all,

I have a newly renovated F&B for takeover. It's a shop within a mixed development (there's around 80 shops and residental units within the building), street level facing main walkway. Any F&B business is welcome and this is the only F&B unit at street level.

There's currently 3 education centers within the development - Global Arts, EduPlus and HLC. The building is surrounded by HDB, landed properties and commercials.

The rental starts on 15th of every month, and i'm willing to move out before 15th of oct, so any days before consider "rent free".

Only sincere and serious parties pls.

Updates...

This unit has a very high power loading. 160amp meter board.. Approved load 104kva. 410v.

Hence, it's actually very suitable for bakery, etc.
