F&B Cafe for Takeover

Hi all,

I have a newly renovated F&B cafe for takeover. The cafe has a unique setup with a little alfresco area. It's a street level facing shop within a mixed development comprising residential apartments and commercial outlets. Travelling is a breeze with MRT and major expressways minutes away for the customers.

Ya, what type of cakes and desserts are you looking for? We have a cafe in the east, selling cheese cake, chocolate mousse cake, puffs etc.
