Hi all,

I have a newly renovated F&B cafe for takeover. The cafe has a unique setup with a little alfresco area. It's a street level facing shop within a mixed development comprising residential apartments and commercial outlets. Travelling is a breeze with MRT and major expressways minutes away for the customers.
