Singpost Getting Lousier?
 

Hi all i am back in this forum :).


I am also wondering if any of you got issues with Singpost?

So far this year i have lost 13 mails.


I print them with 20 font size, is that to small?

Yes they are, even so far I have not lost any mails as I've included a return address should the recipient address is incomplete or etc etc and I even to the extend date stamped the day I posted my mails on the front BIG BIG (POSTED ON ##/##/####) and signed off. (made the rubber stamp).

But delays are frequent now for non-standard mails (normal), in practice it's next business day but nor it can stretch up to 4 days.

I verified with a CSO at singpost on the delays and the told it "Ohhh if got alot of mails it will not be next business day" - I'm speechless but Then I ask again, "Then why on your notice board it says next business day and there is no statement saying on such delays? The CSO kept quiet and continue to serve another customer. Sigh.

This area is under the Ministry of Trade & Industry I think. (can anyone verify this)

Having the same problem as me?

Even registered post are missing or undelivered (notification letter are not posted too).

Damn lousy and expensive comparing to other first world countries.
