Re: Can We Still Trust Singapore Post?
Next time go by courier service or self collect.. Dun send by normal mail.. or you can also send by registered mail with tracking number and remember to wrap your item before you send to your customers..

Re: Can We Still Trust Singapore Post?
My dear,
its not ME who decides its my customers.... I gave them all the possible options, it was their choice. I did pack my item nicely. Each and everyone. that's why I'm so pissed. did you see my latest post about how my items are packed now, and saw my kiasuism at its best? *laugh* Quote:

*SCREAM*
another customer called me yesterday, cos 2 of her parcels were damaged too. and I realised its handled by the SAME BRANCH as my first case!!! YISHUN!!! So now they are investigating on the guys over there. *Arraggghhhh* **Anyone sending stuff to your customers staying in Yishun? My 2cents:- You must do triple or even quadruple protection in your packaging!!! |
Re: Can We Still Trust Singapore Post?
The counter staff at Yishun is simply the best, but not too sure about the postman though :)
Based on our observation, when you use registered mail, they will separate packages which are marked fragile / handle with care / etc. On the other hand, they will just dump all normal mail packages (big / small / heavy / light) into a single bag. We have lots of packages sent to customers in Yishun, but we have never had any complaint so far (registered mail). |
Re: Can We Still Trust Singapore Post?
Sing Post has compensated me for the damage.
The compensation was sent to my doorstep. Need I explain more as to who was at fault? I can only say, I'm happy with their decision. Case is now Closed. |
