Pointer to Lookout for when Take Over a F&B Cafe
Hi, I really need some guidance in this area, I was about to take over an existing f&b unit..which is continue the leasing, the tenant just renew with the building mgt. I was told by the agent to put a 10% deposit when meeting up with the existing tenant but I have yet to sign anything.
1. What to look out for when signing the tenancy agreement? 2. Understand that the previous owner need to cancel his licence before I register mine, so does the NEA need to come down to inspect before I open for business? 3. The nature of my business is beverages and pre pack food..does my worker need to attend the hygienic course? Thank you |
