What Licenses Do We Need for Selling Cakes or Cookies Online/pushcart?
 
Am interested in selling cupcakes and cookies on pushcart or online. Anybody can advice what are the legal matters that I need to get (licenses?) before I can start doing this business?

need to produce the foodstuff in a licensed kitchen.

for pushcart - check with the management whether that pushcart allow for retail of foodstuff or not. most of them who allow would want the foodstuff already packaged. may also need to display ur nea license at the pushcart.

Hi, I own a baking studio which helps home bakers to bake from a licensed kitchen without the high renovation costs, rental costs, bills, and hassles of starting a bakery. The baking studio allows you to share an NEA approved license and sell your cupcakes and cookies legally at a small rental fee.
