Hi,

I'm looking for those type of big bakery oven and big mixer we used at the bakery shop. May i know roughly how much isit? can be put at home?
thanks~~ asking price for 2nd or 1st hand also can.

If you are looking for deck oven, for electric ones from europe, i suspect for a 2 deck model, you could be looking at close to 5 figure sum or more.

For electric ones, I think they require high voltage, so unless your home has one, I think it might not work.

Deck ovens also come with gas model, though might work though I think.

Also for deck ovens, there are different types as well, whether there is steam inlet, etc.

For mixer, I think they are in the 4 digit figure, $1k and above, depending on size. New ones you can check out shops like lau choy seng for reference.

ah i see.. ok. thanks for the info.. so :thanx: hmm. so i just get the home based type de/ if let say put at home must call electrian to do up our electricty and stuff right?

I think home oven uses standard 13A powerpoint. There are some smaller commercial ones that might use 16A power (some aircon uses that). In that case, you will need special wiring.
