![]() Try talking to deals websites. They are pretty aggressive in marketing, so if you can get your product/service as part of the deal, you get exposure. You may not profit from your sale via deals website but the main objective is to get the exposure first...

If you try google search "deals", I'm sure it can link you to a few websites. Will PM you the entire list of deals site I compiled. |

Sorry have not been to Pushcartforum for a while as we were doing some business redirections. ![]() On your question - I guess things have changed abit in the deals industry. Last year the deals industry was pretty fired up, and things have seemingly slowed down this year with a few big brothers holding the fort - Groupon, deals.com.sg, and a few others. Those smaller players seem to be disappearing slowly. Yet, there are still people tapping on deals website for exposure. So I shall still list the pros and cons ![]() Pros - Exposure - most deals websites have a great list for direct email marketing, so you get that level of exposure even without having to purchase your own list! Test market - you can tap on deals website to test market - know what kinds of consumers you are attracting, whether your business sells even with a discount given, etc Cons - There can be a potential of success on deals promotions but after that, things die down. You need to ensure you have a followup system within, such that you keep your customers You also need to ensure you can deliver what you promised on deals website. If you can't deliver, especially when there's mass consumption, you create mistrust for your brand, causing harm instead of good. Hope this helps! Anyway, after doing much research in the online selling industry, our stand is that the best marketing effort is still word of mouth. Instead of spending your money on other marketing channels, spend more on your customers. They will spread a good word for you - this is more sustainable for your business. On top of that, with social media, word of mouth marketing becomes so much faster and easier today. All the best! |
