Where to Find Supppliers?

im new in this area,i have found some available pushcarts for renting but i dont know where i can find suitable suppliers. By the way i intend to sell korean stationery.
where can i find singapore wholesalers or suppliers?
what if i import directly from korea? do i need to pay tax?
