does anyone here knows where i can customize ladies casual clothing(single piece not bulk order) but at an affordable price?

there are some designs which im looking for but it either out of stock / not my size/ can't seem to find anyone selling it. >< so im hoping to customize some casual clothes for myself.

must be reliable and good quality.

bumps! anyone know of any place that can custom make single piece casual dress?
like make one piece for myself at a higher price first. then if i want to, i might make a bulk order of it for my shop at bulk price.
