City Plaza is not a suitable place to source for bags. The profit margin is not worth your effort you put in. Your best bet is to make a trip to Bangkok (the nearest to Sg) to get them. You can find a lot of wholesalers in Chinatown in Bangkok. For the price of about S$6 (150 Baht), you can get a reasonable quality of bags which City Plaza are selling at S$15 as wholesale.
