Hi All,

I have a space to share at Punggol Plaza Atrium from 21 Dec to 3 Jan.

I will give you 6 ft x 2.5 ft table.
Rental is $70 per day if you rent one week only.
It is $60 per day if you rent 2 weeks.
50% booking fee required and full payment must be made before event starts. (Non Refundable)

Please take note that Christmas is during 1st week and New Year is during 2nd week. People are loaded with cash as they will be getting their 13th month salary and bonuses.

So don't miss the chance to cash in!!!

We will be selling infants products, children clothing and school bags so what you are selling must be different from us.

Hi,

I rent 1 lot as you can see from the floor plan. The size of the lot is 2.5m by 3m. The table size that you will get is 6ft by 2.5ft, the location of your table is as indicated by dark blue rectangle shape in the floor plan.

I rent 1 lot (3m x 2.5m) now I'm subletting a space (6ft by 2.5ft) to anyone. So of course the rental that I paid for 1 lot is much more than the rental that you will be paying for 6ft by 2.5ft.

$70/day (for 1 week) or $60/day (for 2 weeks) are the rental that you will have to pay me for renting 6ft x 2.5ft of space.

Hi Petchow, subletting and sharing of event space is diff .... the subletting amount is depding on the vendor's wish to charge to his vendors who wish to rent his space or booth...sharing of event space, is the orginal amount share by numbers of vendors who r renting the booth.

Ok thanks for the info. However if one reads the NEW RULES for posting in "Sharing of Retail Space" posted by ADMIN on the 30th of July 2009 it clearly states otherwise.

Hi Petchow,

$60 per day that you will be paying is less then half of the rental that I paid for the whole space. Mostly people look for someone to share, only after they found a partner then paid for the event. But I have already book and paid for the event. Just a comparison, I have booked and paid for a 6ft by 3ft space at Kovan Heartland Mall Atrium (indoor) for end of Jan 2010. I paid $110/day for it. Being the largest shopping mall in Punggol Area, $60/day at Punggol plaza (indoor with aircon) during peak period is considered a very good deal.

According to your floor plan:
1. the space you are letting out is 1 table size 2.5ft x 6ft, but facing out
space is only 2.5ft.
2. the whole lot space you are renting is 2.5mx3m, convert to ft will be 8.25 ft x 9.9 ft, I suppose you are letting out 1/3 (one third) of your space,
am I right ?
