Kiosk for Sharing at Tiong Bahru Plaza

Hi,

I am negotiating for a space at tiong bahru plaza for the mth of May. Will be selling baby clothes, accessories and toys.

Location is at 2nd floor. Rental fee before sharing is $2800/mth excluding sales girl salary.

As this is my first time trying out, will be good if i can share with someone who has experience

Care to share the market rate for salesgirl salary?

I have not commit to them yet as looking for people to share the space. Anyone interested? please PM me

Updates:

Confirmed slot on 1-16 May.
Venue: 2nd floor (kiosk outside tom & stefanie)
Rental fee: $1400 (before sharing and exclude salesgirl fee)

Hi yes. If you want to share, will need to pay for rental fee $700 for the place. Salesgirl salary (still negotiating). And 5% of your sales will be for the salegirl commission.

What is provided FOC are:
- hanging racks
- carrier bags

Hi,

Monobo shoes not approved to sell. Cos of the BATA shop there.
For fashion accessories, is it for ladies? What kind? Managment dun allow me to take in other items that overwhelm my baby items as they only approve my baby items that time. So if we want to share, can only take about 10% of the space. Of cuz, the fee will be split accordingly. Do let me know your decision as somebody else also keen in fashion accessories sharing. tks
