Online Purchase From China - Sharing My Experience
 

Hi Friends

I would like to share with you my experiences, I have bought some merchandise from this China website: wholesale-dress.net, they have plenty of beautiful statement in their web including the return and exchange policy.

To my surprise, I received more than 20% defective items in my order, when I email them, they replied and ask me to clean and repair my merchandise myself and refuse to accept responsibility, and keep on emphasize on the cost of return.

They also failed to check the availability of stocks and ask me to make full payment instead, so I end up paying more and have unnecessary credit balance with them. All this are to their advantage.

The trouble is that some of the items are beyond repair; they did not check their merchandise before delivery and simply ship out defective items.

I was told by my friends that most of the on line purchase do have similar problem, so beware!!.

Please share my experience with your friends so they don't have to be caught in my position.

most people got into this problem..if u want u should go there yrself to purchase..

Wah! Steven seems like his out to "kill" all china suppliers haha Dont u have a similar post some time back? Now just change website address?

If you encounter the same problem, don't try your luck again. In any case, the prices are great for wholesale if you ask me.

Doing business in China requires attention and connection. You can't just hope nothing will go wrong doing it online. You need to spend time and money to fly over, talk things through over a meal.

When you buy wholesale from China online, you must be prepared to accept 20% defective goods. That's why their price is so cheap, there's a catch somewhere. Just build in the 20% defective goods into your cost. If you cannot accept this fact, then you should not buy.

20% defective? Haha that is high. You need to brush up your relationship with your manufacturers. Go visit them more often. =)

do not buy via online. they will always send defective goods-esp in bulk. it is always safer to either buy a few pieces (if they allow) as product sample. if not, go there and see the products for yourself, establish relations, then purchase.

not all online shopping is bad , i think you should check it before uplift to Singapore . i work on shipping and purchase service from China to around the wrold, for purchase service,we can check goods for client before sent out to Singapore, it's free.
