Vivocity is definitely the better choice, but it's also definitely more expensive.

I been approached by MapleTree before, so I know... but the cost of rental is too high, for me to absorb.

I have a friend who has tried out the push cart at City Square. She mention that only weekend crowd. She has already given up now already.
